A modern haven that combines luxury and convenience. From the heated pool to ski rentals on-site, everything here caters to relaxation after a thrilling day in the mountains. The bar's lively atmosphere complements the lovely views. Though the dining experienced mixed reviews, the sushi was a standout delight. I can't wait to return!

We had an amazing family vacation! The kids loved the climbing activities and enjoyed the children's spa. Each day brought new adventures like hiking and biking, making it easy for us all to unwind while experiencing the stunning Alpine surroundings. Plus, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the rooms were beautifully designed.

In my wife’s opinion, an in-room dining option would greatly enhance convenience for families after a long day of activities.

Inconsistent food quality!!! Poor service in the restaurant!!! Limited shuttle service to attractions makes it hard to get around!!! Room allocation errors can ruin your stay!!! Noise issues from the lobby detract from relaxation!!!

Beautiful hotel, stunning decor, and excellent wellness services.

The double room was well-designed, featuring a comfortable bed and a nice balcony with a mountain view. The breakfast was outstanding, ranking second-best of our trip. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom lacked adequate lighting and hooks. Additionally, the connectivity with the front desk via phone was frustrating, and the complementary activities were confusing due to language barriers. Lastly, the dining experience was disappointing despite high expectations. the drinks were overpriced and not well-executed.

The room was spacious and elegantly designed, featuring comfortable bedding that contributed to a restful stay. The ambiance throughout the hotel was inviting, especially in the lounge and bar area, which offered beautiful views. The breakfast spread was simply outstanding, with an array of fresh pastries and delicious local ingredients that set a high standard for dining.

Dinner at the restaurant was disappointing, with poor food quality.

The family room was spacious, but the loud music disrupted our sleep.

We recently stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience. The design and cleanliness were excellent We especially loved the breakfast spread, with fresh pastries and local ingredients that exceeded what we had on our previous visit to saanen.

wifi was spotty in our room

The views from the room were breathtaking! 🌄 However, the hotel was always so loud. it was hard to relax. I enjoyed trying the entertainment options and the lounge area, though.

location is great but service needs improvement

I enjoyed the garden view from my room, which made for a lovely start to the day. The navette service was a great convenience, helping me get around with ease.

The reception staff was not very communicative.

great access to charming trails and local culture

the half-board option made our stay incredible with delicious meals and a cozy lobby where we could unwind and enjoy drinks with family. We loved exploring the nearby historical village of Saanen, just a short walk away at under 3 km, and the beautiful Lauenensee Loop Trail was only about 2 km from our hotel, perfect for a scenic stroll.

Great variety of activities, including a kids' club and bike rentals. The dining experience could be much better than it was.
